The TRY Studio blog was used primarily for interviews with the TRY teachers. The intent was to expand upon the profile page on the application and get more personal.
I conducted the interviews, took many of the photos*, and developed the story that would help turn the curious observer into a student. Read a few TRY Stories about Helen, Mike, or Angie on the deprecated website.

The website, while up and relevant all year, mainly supports a single annual event in San Francisco and the elements on the page needed to convey a sense of the event both in terms of energy and timeliness.
This was easily the most harrowing project I've ever worked on. Front Line Defenders, FLD, was looking to redesign their website. After reading over the content, I wanted to put the spotlight on the brave human right defenders, tell their story, and make the impact of their work known.
